Katherine French is the J. Frederick Hoffman Professor of History at the University of Michigan, where she researches about women in the Middle Ages. She is the author of Household Goods and Good Households in Late Medieval London: Consumption and Domesticity After the Plague, published by the University of Pennsylvania Press.
